Our Romanian pen friends

Our friends from Romania have just sent DBH 2 students very interesting letters telling their summer holidays as well as the activities they have organized to celebrate Halloween Day at school. As you can see in the picture, they are full of nice drawings and stickers. They liked the comics we sent them one month ago and we hope they enjoy our next project. If you have any suggestion for next project, do a comment, please.

Our new pen friends from Romania

Primary School students (grade six) have new friends. They are from Bucharest, the capital of Romania. They have already started sending letters each other. Everybody in the classroom is very excited with their new pen friend. Last week they got a small present to celebrate the Martisor. In March Romanian boys give a little Martisor which is a symbol of spring and love to a girl. Last week, they sent us this little thing with a string in red and white; red for love and white for purity of nature. Now it’s our turn, so we are decorating some bookmarks that we think they will be very useful. We hope they like them as much as we loved their presents.
